MESI Club & The Bradbury Hub Foodbank
Education is the backbone of a nation. But many children do not get a chance to go to school due to their circumstance. So we are giving children the opportunity to be educated for free through our project called the MESI CLUB.
In today's world we know that many people do not get their food daily. It is very difficult for us in today's world that people do not get their food. So we started a project called "The BradburyHub Foodbank” where we give people the opportunity to come and collect food on a weekly basis.
Due to poverty, many people go hungry in Northern Ireland. Approximately 29% of households find themselves having to sometimes skip meals and around 7% can’t afford fresh fruit and vegetables. Food banks don’t prevent poverty but they’re a great deal of help to those who’re in poverty.
We waste so much. Every day millions of things that could be reused or recycled end up being thrown away. MESI CLUB teaches and inspires our members to end waste now and for future generations. We aim to achieve this primarily by encouraging people to recycle & reduce food waste.
